    worthwhile reading up on this. Cape Town is a basket case as far as the administration goes, a lot of cash appears to have gone "missing",
    via the "mates" network, they vastly overpaid to local contractors for 3 small plants and then refused to pay Fluence for a much larger plant they had committed to

    Now at least one of the 3 is closed down and subject to legal proceedings, not sure of the other 2 but they were reported as closed down some time ago:-

    I reckon the only way Fluence would ever get involved again is if the state paid for the plant as per the very successful Richard Bay plant Fluence built. There were some visits to the plant by the state decision makers:-
