and where does Baker Steel Capital Managers 7.9% fit into all this
I cannot understand Control passing without full value to minority Share Holders
I am out of my depth here but suppression comes to mind surely
the directors have a duty to all share holders
this deal lacks clarity and too clever by half it may well work but we have lost control of a clean uncomplicated Gold producer at well under fair value
