Stefanis and Mav you're thoughts are welcome in my book. Stefanis, wondered where you disappeared to as you always used to post on GDO forum before it was flavour of the month.

As for me I am 50c each way on this deal as I was with the Goliath deal. One thing is for certain GDO was looking good without the deal.

I cant see the share price doing too much on the upside in the coming weeks on this news unless this takeover does come thru which I personally hope it does.

I am bullish on gold so if they can make operational improvements on this new mine then I think all will be good. A rising gold price will assist, however I think they will need to show the market with proof that they will be able to mine at lower costs at their new mine, before this acquisition will improve the sp dramatically. This will be some time off as it appears it will be weeks until the acquisition itself is finalised.

In regards to Neil Froneman. Didn't realise he was on the big bucks. Yep don't like it. Many have posted here that management is A1 but I know Neal did have some pretty major problems, quite major, with his previous venture managing a Uranium company called Uranium 1. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt here anyway as he did help to manage to put this nice package called GDO together.

Anywayz. Just some of my thoughts. Don't mean to be negative. I still hold many positives for the company and still holding. I reserve judgement yay or nay for the time being on this new transaction.
