DB will do/ has done everything possible to delay a 2nd drill. Why wouldn't he. He draws a fat check out of bph, mmr and gba for doing zip. Why has nothing been done in the last 6 years? Serious question. He'll come up with an excuse and delay the drill - 2 Years +. If MMR are unsuccessful this will be the final nail in the coffin. Sure wouldn't want to be holding at that point.
