"Relevant Govt Department to Distribution Partner to Sun Biomedical Laboratories then to Sun Biomedical Limited and finally the ASX".

But there is a shorter,less complex route in place:

"HC to Sun Biomedical Limited to ASX".

By inference, perhaps that means the possibility of an announcement today.
