    NSL management just needs to announce that another steel works lining up for a supply contract IO for the next 10 years and the and the SP will be ramped.

    We still hear nothing of the payment for the first sale of IO last year. Are NSL so cash positive that they can forgo or forget this payment ?

    Is this a business or just a game ?
