Well said mate, fully agree with your sentiments.
The potential cross sell between the existing ERP business with Riyo + any other add-ons they bring in under the JCS banner (messaging in the Annual Report still comments on further M&A opportunities) is huge. Increases stickiness of the customer base, reduces churn & increases ARPU & ARR.
Covid has been a spanner, but hopefully this hastens technological change and uptake of ERP.
