time is a caz killer

I am becoming very annoyed.....It feels like the longer they are making us wait for a decision is because they are trying to find a loophole to award the site back to RIO....To me it is very clear CAZ has done everything by the book...straight down the line.....to go against without finding any loopholes will create a precedent and an argument the government can not afford to create...but to find a loophole somewhere will help them justify why they have gone RIO's way....Im sticking to the mining Act and so should the minister...hurry up and let CAZ start mining so the people of WA can start receiving royalties
