    WN can't negotiate meaningfully while the register is fragmented. They can't stall forever if they are indeed in advanced negotiations with various entities.

    They even admitted in the T.O release they need to mop up with a sense of urgency and immediacy.

    And these meet the fockers want to do it at $1.5
