But iMO you are missing one thing.
Stocks like PNO, VIL (talking mega penny dreadful here) can actually go down to .001 seller then they do a consolidation/recap and the stock goes even further down.
Then there is the chance the stock disappears all together and thats game over.
Not saying that will happen here, but these are just as real as good news coming and the stock hiting 1 cent.
Risk vs reward and what level a punter is prepared to risk.
All i am concerned with here is this..who has so many shares that they can continually load the sell side up at .002.Huge holdings!
