Point is that no seller places 15 mil sell orders at 0.2 cent if he/ she really wants to sell it.
There is no enticement left to buy with blocks like this.

Indeed, it is what it looks like, a block.

The reason for this, in my humble opinion, is the simple fact that those who will most likely push the price, in the not too distant future, I suspect, want to determine WHEN to push it.



This is not the first time we have seen this.

The block appeared directly after buying interest, not just at 0.2 cent, to extinguish the momentum, for now.
