Obviously the HRR holders dont want GCR.
If HRR holders want GCR they would be getting on board pronto.
HRR's management should probably be putting something forward to its shareholders of the advantages to acquire a stake in GCR.
Sadly they havent even put it to their own shareholders to acquire a stake.
Dumb, or not serious.
