I have spoken to our people in the US.
This was a group that wanted to market our product under their own label and had taken our marketing material to use, in anticipation of us agreeing to appoint them.
We decided against it, and they agreed to take the information off the internet, which we had understood had been done.
We will follow up immediately in the US. So far as we are aware he does not have any alternative product and we assume that an error has been made and somehow the original internet site has been turned on again.
