I warned about this. There is no IP (except trademarks) protecting Edencrete. So there is nothing to stop anybody selling their own version.
IMO the barrier to entry are low. You really only need a sales team and a contract manufacturer. The ingredients are readily available. Don't believe the hype about secret recipes and the unique properties of CNT nanotubes - EDE are basically selling water mixed with MWCNT and a dispersant. Whoever can sell the cheapest will gain the most marketshare.
It gets worse.
EDE doesn't even have a unique business name.
