things are really getting interesting here / we have mits flagging 18 months to find partner but really not interested in project so i guess if deal goes through they park everything etc where does that leave sino because no individual wants to foot opr then in the interim gbg organising own rail but still need some part of restructured opr for future, is the midwest to become stranded or will we see mergering?
