MSB needed to raise funds quickly. I speculate this is probably to do with the negotiations currently underway, in which MSB needs to demonstrate that it's not desperate for funding, so as to not be forced to hand over it's extremely valuable IP assets for a song.

That's called a strategy that in the longer term, will benefit LT holders.

More productive use of everyone's time might be on speculating on how big MSB is likely to become.

Whingeing about how brokers work is something I do a lot of, but that way of raising capital is not the kind of activity that I'd classify as nefarious.
