clarification:
Retail Capital Raisings take a long time to organise.
But raisings with sophisticated investors is rapid.
This takes the pressure from MSB with negotiations. IMO.
If as a retail investor you want more shares you can always buy them on-market.
The SP is artificially low...how nice!
