The constant inaction and kicking the can down the road is why the SP is sittting at 3.8c imo. Action always speaks louder than words. I am not expecting much of a boost after the FID. Only when the mills start churning out product and first sales are made I think before it catch's the markets attention. Then watch the exponential climb.
