With Stem Cell information very very Close I would expect a gradual rise.  Contrary to Monti I would not expect much pre Financial year selling,  there has not been enough significant change in the past year to make it worthwhile selling to balance your tax.  Apart from that there is a large majority like myself in 12 month Capital gains territory and until ANP returns a significant gain on investment I cannot see any of us selling.
