    Sometimes for companies listed in Perth this is a little wriggle room due to the time delay.

    Also sometimes these things come out of trading halt 1 hour after the market has opened, to give people time to digest the information later than the open of trade as that is a busy time.

    Still, they do have to announced that the trading halt is to be lifted before trading can recommence.
