ASX only administers its listing (operating) rules
the sale contract is obviously with ASIC
being a govt dept, they would 1st have to find someone with the expertise & authorisation to examine and make a decision on the contract
then they would have to ensure they get everything right
imo, AZZ will be in suspension for a while
all i can say is i am happy @Wilson! assured us all everything will be OK
