There is bound to be another suitor for this stock.

The more I think about it, the more I realise how important APC is to CCL. No doubt they have more kitty litter if a bidding war arises. However it appears that spc management are happy with the offer since THEY KEEP there jobs (inside source).

Are manangement working for themselves or shareholder here. Time will tell.

There better be a higher offer.
