time line correlation between ext and rmg

Somebody has mentioned that EXT is a Steinpress start up company...I am not sure I am reading it correctly and am open to correction but if one looks at the charts for both companies there is a correlation up till now ,withstanding EXT shooting way up and RMG yet to go.
In 2004 EXT wasnt worth anything and then in late 06 and early 07 it had a huge jump in volume and went up to about a dollar then remained flat for 2 or 3 years up to 09 and then went to $10....compare to RMG where in 04 it wasnt doing much and then in 07 had a huge jump in volume and went up considerably where for another 3 years has remained flat....could we be now just a short time away for an EXT like jump????
Is this a Steinpress formula ??
