    That General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 20 September to ratify issue of shares to Springtree (11.9m), Sophisticated Investors (150m), Yamana Gold (12m) and New Guinea Gold Corp (31.25m). Approximate total of 205 million shares.


    Am I correct? There is no intention to extend the credit raising to retail investors.
