NCIL - Approval forSigning - DONE subject to approval by NMDC.
NMDC Board Meeting approval for Signing - Before March 15th
ECT Board Meeting Approval of frozen RCA - DONE
Signing of RCA - Mid tolate March ( I’m Guessing March 26th)
Formation of PCC - Mid to late March
Establishment of Project management Team and Project Bank Accounts Midto late March
Confirm all obligations have been met to in accordancewith RCA - Midto late March
Financial Close - Partners formally committed to financial close by 31 March 2019
