Weeeeellll.... there's a need for it to inform us as Shareholders of what that deep pocket player might be considering. Declaring Commerciality may have lifted some of the fear off the weaker holders and may, as a result, lift the overall average price expectation of the retailers...
In the end we get a vote on accepting or declining any offers... as you know.
