BRL today saying judgement is expected early 2020... I was right (in a different post)... 3 years after the claims were made (December 2016) no definitive verdict is expected to have been reached... although I note the language in today's announcement is even more vigorous and confident than ever... and they have put their money where there mouth is and paid a dividend and re-initiated the share buy back, whilst still being confident they can pay that $70ish NZD million (if required) AND fund Crown Mountain... seems BRL's board are potentially alot smarter than some give them credit for (although, yes, it would be nice if they communicated it a bit more promptly as today feels like a bit of grandstanding... but either way one thing is for sure: Mr Market just doesn't seem to care pricing BRL at a Price to Earnings (actual NPAT, not even EBITDA) of less than 4... ridiculously cheap! (can someone please show me another miner or even any listed company that has a share price to earnings per share ratio of less than 4???)
