Well, SMR is only just over 4 (4.27 according to Comsec). The common factor would seem to be coal. While the war on fossil fuels is waging, investors are keeping away from coal in particular. Even instos that know perfectly well that burning coal is beneficial all round will avoid investing in coal because of the green aggro that it would attract.
The western world is sick, and the politicians whose job it is to cure it are completely spineless, with one notable exception (regrettably not australian).
