I am still puzzled by the clear statement in the Living Insights...

I am still puzzled by the clear statement in the Living Insights from July 2017 that

"NTCELL continues to halt progression of Parkinson's Disease...130 weeks after treatment all four patients....continue to show improvement over baseline..the sustained improvement is interesting and encouraging".

I am sure these words generated a lot of investor interest.

Are we now being told by Living Cell that, in light of the Phase IIb data, a placebo effect was the cause of this improvement?

Can a placebo effect last 130 weeks?

I didn't think this was possible.
