Holista and GICC LLC have issued instructions to commence further tests on Path-Away® to assess its
efficacy against COVID-19 via the more rigorous direct inoculation method. This additional testing is
being conducted at Biosafety Laboratory approved by the Centers for Disease Control (“CDC” ) of the
United States. Results are expected to be released as soon as the testing procedure is completed
based on the current work schedule.
