Thought I'd share this from the Takeover Panels process. Was wondering why its taking so long for the application to hopefuly be dismissed. The website indicates the Takeover Panel should decide whether to proceed after 1-2weeks of the application being submitted. Its been longer then that. So hopefully no issues.
btw I'm a Bulls eye shareholder and have accepted the EMR offer when it opened. So keen for the deal to go through
