its nothing to do with loyalty to shareholders its to do with securing a future at the best possible price it can should the next news be based on a duster. this would probably see the sp well under 20 and theyd be having to raise at lower sp and issue more shares on to the market. theyd be spewing the sp isn't higher atm.
