I feel this is a genuine offer my JH to long suffering
holders at VWAP before doing a full insto. raising on success at any one of the current wells being drilled.

Take note of the last line in the JH quote on the announcement:

"It remains an imperative of the board to consider other ongoing capital management initiatives to ensure the Company remains well capitalised at all times.”

That says to me exactly what I said above.
