thanks for that.... if i had any dough i would consider putting it into CVC - bell potter had an article on them as an emerging company. looks alright at current levels.

it would be useful if we could have some more detailed analysis of what MRC actually have as assets:

1) i thought they had some oil assets and were going to float off something soon - all seems a bit vague as to whether there is any tangible value or if it is only a percentage or two of another company's stake.

2) It would good to know how long it will take to get the engineering contractor to fix the design of the diamond plant.

3) IF the mineral sands assets were give the green light, what would that be worth to the share price?

4) the only thing that seems clear is the value of their holding in ALD, which means everything else is worth about 9c per share.
