7 June Mbalam convention on agreed terms.

1 Nov Mbalam convention agreed terms approved.Congo mining permit issued.


To me this reads that although the terms will be agreed we wont actually have them till NOV 1
Guess we won't see a higher bidder till the 11th hour if there is to be one.
