I agree the stock will rebound - and the vote will most certainly be a yes (even if I disagree with that decision). The FAQ was very telling when you carefully analyse what the responses are.

It is my belief that this has been drawn out to remove (frustrate) the majority of remaining retail investors. De-risk Hanlong (or the new partner) from any competitor action.

Lets see where it goes - most likely it will be sold at 45c though stranger things have happened.
