The 27/02 was a significant day as well as the 10/03. CAZ appears over fair value now despite the upward channel. Speculation has a hit an all time high and at $2.20, you must be mad IMO to even contemplate buying over $1.86, which was the high on the 27/02.
IMHO, I don't believe CAZ will hit the highs that has been mooted. The spike on the 29/11 to $2.40 after the halt spelt this out further as she fell to $1.76 on that day. No, I will stay away - made good money after selling at 50 and buying again at 69, but no only for traders and high risk sepculators atm.
The market believes CAZ has won and the premium has already been built into the price IMO.
These are the reasons why I believe the decision has been made. There will be grey areas in the decision - it will not be clear cut - it will be complex.
Negotiation is the preferred settlement.
