Hi Joe, it is on my to do list, lol, but it's never got to the top yet.
The last entry I saw was badly timed for other holdings I had, but this one might be better. I have an under performing engineering stock I've fallen out of love with (COF) which may well be sacrificed to PGC.
I'm not absolutely sure we've seen the bottom yet. The pattern at the end of January had many reversal signs, but after a little blip the trend resumed. If 33c holds for a while and breaks my rather horrid looking down line I reckon I'll give it a shot. It might take a couple of months yet, unless there is something fundamentally I'm not aware of. When this stock has broken up in the past it's done it in a pretty orderly manner. The last time being on the completion of a year long pennant, and the time before a very pronounced reversal, I can't see either of those yet.
