Last time I saw PGC like this was after about 30 attempts to break through 0.21c , this was when options pressure did a similar thing to what the cap raise has done this time , caused a selling weight in a stock that is not widely followed .
It might pull back to 30 again , but mid term I think she is going higher than before the cap raise highs of high 40's
