I dont think any holder will be pushing the price up we are all waiting for cheap dividend reinvestment shares- I am certainly not going to buy upwards right now. I also cannot remember the way they calculate but I think its 5 days after the record date less ...

I must say I believe the charting process but I think it also gets confused by external events in small caps. You can move PGC with $75,000 - that's just too small and if there are external things like rights and sellers paying for rights purchase it seems to warp things - I know chartists who explain every move but that's always in hindsight and that's not really any help because they are looking to confirm their belief in charting so will find some explanation. What I find interesting is often when a share explodes upwards or downwards - there is no prediction prior to that move. I personally think Charting can determine amplitude that is how much external momentum there is one way or another which will magnify any event but in small caps I think its often commitment that moves the share added to results. This share does not have sufficient committed buyers to get it moving upwards - I think that will change after the full year results assuming management hit the numbers expected.

For me that's okay - I prefer gradual improvement as that makes for a good long term investment - I am not looking for this to shoot the lights out now. My targets are 40c again in August and 50c after the full years results are digested say around September and then a few more acquisitions and further consolidation towards 65c after the half year in February 2015.
