I agree with most of what you say Joe, but TA prevented me from buying the stock 3 times at higher prices than this. The "insto" doesn't have to be an institution, in a thinly traded stock like this it can be nothing more than somebodies SMSF looking to take or exit a position. The same rules apply, they can't do it in a day. If someone was taking a position in this stock, they are doing it much more carefully than those getting out. The stock has produced a very tidy chart, unlike many illiquid small companies.
It would be a rank amateur that bought $150,000 worth of shares rashly in PGC, so, at maybe $10k/day it will eventually show up on the chart - so I'll keep watching it :)
