This is an example where the share price does not match company performance. Lumpy earnings are the main cause of the current share price. This will be corrected by years end. The capital raising wasn't the best, very poorly handled. I don't think the stock got much support from those shareholders. No need to follow institutions on PGC. Just ring the company and ask. Mark is excellent.
