I think the point has been made many times on HC that JVs & farm-outs can take time. Still, KAR's management has not helped themselves by setting timelines that have come and gone without so much as a whimper from the company.
So, on the issue of capital, is it fair to say that if KAR does not secure a farm-out in the next few months, a CR seems likely around mid-year. Do people think that's how things sit?
