kurt what do you make of the fact that fannie and freddie are leveraged...drum roll please...64 times!!
the truth is they are technically insolvent. where are they going to get the CASH to bail them out?
only place i know is us treasury which will issue preferred stock in them thus rendering present shareholder stakes worthless.
think about the consequences of that kurt. our little banks will be trampled in the stampede
with the probability/possibility of this happening why buy banks now?
