    If any one out there has ever dealt with getting a loan of any sort you know the hurdles you need to jump and documents needed to provide, the banks come in when there is low risk and all conditions precedent are signed off. Now imagine you are trying to borrow $500million dollars. This is a huge project and ONCE or maybe IF established will be a billion dollar company. Hold on or get out or go grow coffee or better yet buy some pot stocks.
