Why not go back three years or so and read the posts of some posters (ozblue, for example) who visited Cloncurry for the AGM, and came back with glowing reports of huge nuggets lying around at the bottom of the pit, cash flows from sale of NCu and/or DSO within a couple of months, ignore the downrampers this thing is bigger than Ben Hur etc. etc. (ozblue won't mind, read his later posts ....).

A site visit only shows you what you want to see. Not even the installers know how well the plant will work, regardless of how good it looks, until it is commissioned.
