    re: time to be out/or in? NT you maybe right with your thoughts but if you do take alook at the chart that keeps all the rampers on a daily basis at bay. From my perspective I'd rather have the money in my pocket for something that has less risk. If things turn around & I get buy signals I sleep alot better.......All the best to those that hold.....I'll wait
