But for brevity, one of the prescribed improper purposes is gathering information about the personal wealth of a shareholder. I would argue, if I represented the company (which I do not in any capacity other than as a shareholder), that some of the reasons stated by posters above may fall within the ambit of that purpose.

I would be deeply offended if a registry surrendered my personal information to another shareholder to test a theory on market manipulation. There is a very good reason that statutory bodies are given the authority and powers to investigate such matters at arms length to the vested interests of shareholders and companies.

I think everyone will settle down a bit once we go to market and get some traction. I understand this has not been a quick process, and the SP reflects the fatigue that sets in when potential is not immediately realised. I hold decent exposure in companies like Mesoblast etc and waiting for trials and test results, and riding the wave of price fluctuations, will do your head in if you can't have the faith that your company employs people that know what they are doing. I am yet to hear anyone on here tell me how they would build a micro-spectrometer and then pitch it to industry, so let's leave it to the experts. We can always roast them on a spit if they stuff it up.

Bit of a rally today finishing on its daily high with some support under it. Maybe the Directors read my subtle hint yesterday about what a good time it would be to buy on market. Hahaha.
