I have stated in my last 2 posts that the range to date from 4163 is insufficient to prompt a Major change of trend.Of course this is my own opinion.
I would consider a figure in the 4700's to be more amenable to trend change.
The duck goose was imho IGNORED about two posts into his tenure.
