The rise is because we know we are building towards it and are 99% sure we already have a commercial well ANYWAY.
You need to stay in - can't qafford to sell and miss a run, in case they have another move up when/if they ann casing complete etc.
Don't be surprised to see no ann until the end of the week - but that's all good.
